Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service and a strong desire to connect with potential customers. You will be tasked with reaching out to qualified leads and guiding them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to qualified leads through phone calls and follow-up communications to present our offerings.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and identify solutions.
• Conduct engaging presentations and discussions to highlight the benefits of our offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and enhance sales efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales techniques.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport over the phone.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
