Job Description


: The CPC & CSD Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling products to Central Police Canteens and other relevant channels within the food industry. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for CPC and CSD products. The Sales Executive will work closely with internal teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for CPC and CSD products.
  • Identify new market opportunities within the Central Police Canteen network and other potential channels.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Central Police Canteen representatives, distributors, and retailers.
  • Conduct regular meetings with canteen managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Market Analysis:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences within the CPC and CSD sectors.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to inform future strategies.
Sales Execution:
  • Execute sales plans and promotional activities to increase product visibility and sales within CPCs and other channels.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Use data to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored for the CPC market.
  • Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely delivery of products to CPCs and other channels.
Customer Service:
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty among CPCs and other clients.
Training and Development:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and sales techniques.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills.
Qualifications:Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food industry or FMCG sector.
  • Experience in selling to Central Police Canteens and handling CSD products is highly desirable.
Skills:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
