Job Profile / Designation - Sales Executive (Construction Equipment)
:
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the Construction Equipment's.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
• Identify and target potential clients in Construction Industry.
• Visit project sites to meet clients, architects, and engineers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing construction related solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product demo, presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback.
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in Construction Equipment sales, particularly in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree in Civil Engineering, B. Tech, B.Sc., or MBA in Marketing (preferred)
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on Constructions Equipment sales

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
