Job Title : Sales Executive - Construction Field

Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive sales and foster relationships within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction field, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead Generation : Identify and generate leads through networking, site visits, and referrals to expand the client base.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and project managers.
• Sales Targets : Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the organization.
• Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of the company's construction products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
• Site Visits : Visit construction sites to meet with decision-makers and understand project requirements.
• Proposal Development : Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms, close deals, and follow up on contract execution.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Skills :
• Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with construction materials, tools, or machinery is an advantage.
• Negotiation Skills : Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Organizational Skills : Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
• Mobility : Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and visit sites.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
• Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved.
• Number of new clients onboarded.
• Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
• Accuracy and timeliness of reports.
