Role Description:

As a Sales Executive at The Peak Vibes, your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth and maximize revenue. You will be tasked with identifying potential clients, understanding their travel needs, and offering them customized travel packages that meet their preferences and budget. Your goal is to generate sales through various channels, including direct sales, online marketing, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and target potential clients through various sales channels.

2. Present and sell travel packages to clients, highlighting the unique benefits and features.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

4. Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their travel experience.

7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to offer the best travel solutions.

8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Compensation:

Your compensation will be solely based on the sales you generate, with a commission of 5% on all sales. This structure allows you to earn up to 50,000 INR a month based on your sales performance. Additionally, if you achieve sales of more than 8 Lakh, you will be rewarded with a 7-day stay at our company premises in Manali for free and the opportunity to travel as a tour captain, earning extra income based on your experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Passion for travel and customer service.
