Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative in Pune. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, customer support, sales, and training.
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in customer service and customer support
• Proven track record in sales
• Ability to provide training to customers
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
