Position: Sales Executive

Reports to: Store Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Mykaa Fashion . As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. You will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers and ensuring the store meets its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations accordingly.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the store's merchandise to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through outstanding service.
• Actively engage with customers to drive sales and meet personal and store sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
• Track sales performance and work with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and promotions in the clothing industry.
• Ensure that merchandise is correctly priced, tagged, and displayed in an attractive manner.
• Maintain proper stock levels on the sales floor and assist with restocking as needed.
• Assist in the visual merchandising efforts to ensure the store layout is appealing and in line with brand standards.
Inventory and Stock Management:
• Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and organizing stockrooms.
• Report any discrepancies in stock or damaged goods to the Store Manager.
• Participate in periodic stock audits and help maintain accurate stock levels.
Team Collaboration and Support:
• Work closely with team members to achieve store objectives and foster a collaborative environment.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions.
• Support new staff during training and help maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Store Maintenance:
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Assist in opening and closing the store, following all operational procedures.
• Maintain store security and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in retail management or fashion is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail, preferably in fashion or clothing, is an advantage.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Basic math skills and experience handling cash or POS systems.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and an eye for style.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
