DESCRIPTIONJob SummarySupports the sales force by providing reporting, system administration, and internal and external data analyses. Executes and supports selected sales-related activities under limited supervision to enhance business performance and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities1. Reporting:

  • Consolidate and distribute repetitive and well-documented sales reports.
  • Gather and compile data through existing templates, providing input for sales forecasting.
2. System Administration:
  • Execute repetitive and ad-hoc tasks using tools such as Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, and the Portal.
  • Periodically review user-entered data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Data Analyses (Internal & External):
  • Conduct ad-hoc and routine analyses of external data sources, such as Polk, Dodge, and RigDig.
  • Research assigned opportunities via secondary research and compile findings.
  • Analyze internal sales data, including variance analysis, projections, costing, and bundling, as per well-documented tasks.
  • Collect and organize competitive data from various resources.
4. Secondary Sales Generation:
  • Support activities to generate secondary sales and execute pull-marketing initiatives.
