The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our channel partner network, and providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to our partners. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with industry-leading vendors, and contribute to the growth and success of Spark Technologies Pvt Ltd.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new channel partners in the Chandigarh region, focusing on building strong relationships and driving business growth.
Understand channel partner requirements and provide technical and competitive sales support, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and site visits.
Stay updated with the latest ICT products and technologies, training and certifying as required by OEMs and vendors, and effectively communicating product benefits and features to channel partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, forecast sales targets, and achieve revenue objectives.
Provide regular training and enablement sessions for channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
Act as a trusted advisor to channel partners, offering guidance and support to help them meet their customers\' needs and grow their business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the ICT industry.
Strong understanding of ICT products and technologies, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with channel partners.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving sales growth and achieving targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
