Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our premium printing and branding company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and generate new business. Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to provide premium printing and branding solutions
• Proactively prospect for new business, identifying and qualifying new leads and opportunities
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery of quality products
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities to differentiate the brand and improve sales effectiveness
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets, both individually and as part of a team

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the printing or branding industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
• Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to close deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
• A passion for sales and the drive to succeed in a competitive market

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including commissions and bonuses based on sales performance.
