Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the market presence of our branded milk products. This role requires a passionate individual with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the dairy industry. The job will mainly consist of meeting and enrolling end customers for Monthly subscription and keeping track of the sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the designated territory.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

Conduct regular client visits to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Product Promotion and Presentation:

Promote and present branded milk products to retailers, distributors, and other potential buyers.

Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.

Negotiation and Closing Sales:

Communicate pricing and terms with clients to secure sales agreements.

Close sales deals effectively to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, B.Sc, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the dairy or FMCG industry.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
