Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various channels, including online research, cold calling, social media, and inbound inquiries.
• Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to leads, engage in consultative sales conversations, and understand customer requirements.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's laptop and IT equipment offerings, including specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Quotation & Proposal Preparation: Prepare and send rental quotations and proposals to customers based on their specific needs and follow up to close deals.
• CRM Management: Update and manage customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Order Processing: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and setup of rented equipment.
• Customer Support: Address post-rental inquiries or issues to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Team Coordination: Better able to work with the other departments and teams.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, including pipeline status and sales performance.
