Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with 0-1 year of experience to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, establishing client relationships, and closing sales within your designated territory or market segment. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead Generation : Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
• Sales Presentations : Present and demonstrate the company's products/services to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits.
• Sales Target Achievement : Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure smooth communication and effective service delivery.
• Follow-ups : Provide timely follow-ups to prospects and clients to close sales and ensure client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications :
• Bachelor's /master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 0-1 year of experience in sales or business development (internships or part-time roles also considered).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Basic understanding of market research and sales techniques is advantageous.
