Job Summary:
The sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting and selling products or services, and maintaining customer relationships. This role involves meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and being knowledgeable about the company's offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, walk-ins).
Sales Presentation: Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product details, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
Negotiation & Closing Sales: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable sales agreements.
Customer Support: Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
Sales Reporting: Keep records of sales activities, follow up on leads, and prepare reports for management.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to adapt strategies accordingly.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and must have bachelor's degree.
