We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our team, specializing in counseling potential leads and candidates on our EdTech products and PSU interview preparation modules. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and have a knack for engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide the best solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counseling and Engagement: Connect with potential leads to understand their learning needs and provide detailed information about our EdTech products and PSU interview preparation modules.
• Product Explanation: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and advantages of our educational products and modules to prospective candidates, tailoring your approach to different audiences.
• Lead Conversion: Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries to convert them into customers.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales pitches and product offerings.
• Reporting and Feedback: Maintain detailed records of interactions with potential leads and provide regular updates to the sales manager on pipeline progress.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and product features.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, counseling, or a similar role, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
• Persuasive and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
