Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities within the building/construction industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and project managers.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for project execution and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building/construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, tools, or services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage and grow a client portfolio.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.
