Construction IndustryProfile - Sales Executive (3)Qualification - BBA / MBA in sale and marketingSalary- Upto 4.8 lacExperience- Min. 2+ yrs in in Building Materials like Bison Panel, fiber cement board, gypsum board, sandwich panels, boards, Tile adhesive, Putty, Block fix, Marble, Granite, Stone, Pipes, CeramicLocation - Borivali to Andheri (Mumbai)Note - Work experience in cement, RMC will not be consideredFocus on selling products and services to potential customers in a designated region.- Travel to find new construction sites and meet site engineers, contractors and consultants, architects,dealers, builders, and distributors.- Contact clients and prospects to understand their needs and present products.- Conduct price negotiations to reach favorable agreements for both parties.- Stay informed about industry trends, including product prices and demand.- Set and achieve sales targets to contribute to business growth.- Generate business leads and maintain statistical data for reporting purposes.- Daily sales reports to reporting head.NOTE: Candidates with a consistent job tenure are preferred.
