We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities in branding and packaging, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales track record, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation methods.
Build and maintain relationships with new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services.
Meet and exceed sales targets regularly, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, providing insights and recommendations to the company.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
Candidates from the following backgrounds will be preferred: Marketing, Branding, Advertisement, Educational etc.
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
