Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:

Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients within the target market segments.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. Utilize insights to develop effective sales strategies.

Negotiation :

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and sustainable business partnerships.

Product Knowledge :

Develop a deep understanding of our products, including varieties of fruits and vegetables, quality standards, and market positioning. Educate clients on product features and benefits.

Sales Reporting :

Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular sales reports, and provide insights to management on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities.
