Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels such as online platforms, networking, and referrals to identify potential clients.
• Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their requirements and present tailored IT solutions, including website design, software development, and digital marketing services.
• Presentation & Proposal: Create and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the company's services and expertise.
• Deal Closing: Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring successful onboarding of clients.
• Target-Based: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, working under performance-based KPIs.
• Documentation: Maintain and update accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
• Travel & Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license, as travel within Patna for client meetings is a key requirement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in website development, software solutions, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
