Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales deals for residential and/or commercial properties. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to work independently while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively seek out potential buyers and investors through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.

Client Consultation: Provide personalized consultation to clients, understand their needs, and present suitable property options.

Property Tours: Arrange and conduct site visits and property tours for prospective buyers to showcase properties.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales prices, terms, and conditions to close deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.

Market Research: Stay updated with the local real estate market trends, including pricing, availability, and competitor analysis.

Documentation and Contracts: Assist clients with paperwork, including sales agreements, property documentation, and other legal formalities.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and promotional strategies.

Post-Sales Support: Provide after-sales support to ensure smooth property handovers and address any client concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Proven track record of successful real estate sales (1-3 years preferred).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Networking: Ability to build and maintain a network of potential clients and partners.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and online property platforms (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com).

Licensing: Real estate license (if required by law).
