Sales Executive

Position Title: Sales Executive

Location: [Patna Bihar]

Reports to: Sales Manager/Director

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential customers, developing relationships, and closing deals. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

2. Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

3. Sales Presentation:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Demonstrate products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits.

4. Negotiation:

Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve favorable terms for the company.

Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.

5. Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and product offerings.

6. Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Collaborate with customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

7. Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications:

12th Pass degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in [Real Estate Developer].

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills:

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
