Job Description

The roles and responsibilities of the candidate include:

• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating the client's needs to help them buy or sell properties.
• cold calls, emails, and messages to the customer to generate leads and arrange site visits.
• Negotiate and close deals at best market value and assist clients in completing their purchase, including documentation.
• regularly conduct market research to identify new projects and properties.



• Keep track of all active leads and update them on a daily basis.
• should maintain high service quality and professionalism in all customer communications.
• excellent at closing deals and retaining clients.
• Meetings with potential clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
