Job Description

Books Mountain Pvt. Ltd. is an online book store specializing in books across various genres. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Sales and Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales, customer support, building strong relationships with vendors and customers, and exploring innovative strategies to drive book sales. This position requires extensive travel across India.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end sales process for books, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, bookstores, libraries, and educational institutions to foster partnerships and increase sales opportunities.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities, identify potential clients, and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position and promote our books.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotions, and materials to maximize sales potential.
• Plan and execute sales presentations, book launches, author events, and meetings with potential clients to showcase our publications.
• Travel extensively PAN India to meet with clients, attend industry events, conduct book signings, and represent Books Mountain Pvt. Ltd.
• Stay informed about the latest developments and emerging trends in the publishing industry to identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to evaluate performance, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in the publishing industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively PAN India for client meetings, events, and book promotions.
• Passion for books and knowledge of different genres, authors, and industry trends.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
