• Sales Generation:
• Actively seek out new customers through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Promote and sell bicycles to individuals, retailers, and corporate clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Product Knowledge:
• Develop a deep understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of the bicycles offered.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
• Educate customers about the different bicycle models, components, and accessories.
• Marketing and Promotion:
• Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, trade shows, and cycling races.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
• Utilize social media platforms and online channels to promote bicycle sales and events.
• Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
