We are seeking a motivated and proactive Field Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate should combine strong sales skills with the ability to execute marketing activities in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to introduce products/services and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Execute sales activities to achieve or exceed sales within assigned territories or regions.
• Implement marketing activities locally.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities in the field.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales, marketing, or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer preferences.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
