Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction materials market and excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and research.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate prices and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide clients with detailed product information and technical support.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction materials industry.
• Strong understanding of construction materials and their applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
