Roles & Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Engage with leads generated by the Tele caller to understand their specific hardware needs and requirements. \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to showcase the features and benefits of the company\xe2\x80\x99s hardware products. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide personalized product recommendations and solutions based on customer needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. \xe2\x97\x8f Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers to secure orders and maximize revenue. \xe2\x97\x8f Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contracts to customers, following company guidelines and procedures. \xe2\x97\x8f Follow up with leads and prospective customers to answer questions, address concerns, and overcome objections, ultimately closing sales. \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with the Tele caller to ensure seamless lead handover and effective communication throughout the sales process. \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and technical support, to ensure timely delivery and installation of hardware products. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, quotes, and orders, in the CRM system. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to the sales manager and other stakeholders. \xe2\x97\x8f Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. \xe2\x97\x8f Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals. \xe2\x97\x8f Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing customers. \xe2\x97\x8f Adhere to ethical standards and comply with company policies and industry regulations at all times.
