Must have good Communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2To Convince customers to avail of the service. \xe2\x80\xa2To convert a potential customers into sales. \xe2\x80\xa2Handling customer queries. \xe2\x80\xa2Must have handled Interior sales. \xe2\x80\xa2Must be familiar with the process for sales in construction, material knowledge . \xc2\xb7 Kannada must \xe2\x80\xa2Good Understanding and knowledge of Construction materials and Architect Design,Vastu,interior designing etc. Day to day activities: - \xe2\x80\xa2Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching. \xe2\x80\xa2Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. \xe2\x80\xa2Set individual sales targets with sales team. \xe2\x80\xa2Work on sales scripts with agents. \xe2\x80\xa2Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting. \xe2\x80\xa2Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly. \xe2\x80\xa2Plan and direct sales team training. \xe2\x80\xa2Control expenses and monitor budgets. \xe2\x80\xa2Follow up with existing customers. \xe2\x80\xa2Working, Planning, Lead generation process, Marketing activities. \xe2\x80\xa2Need to come out with strategy for developing business. \xe2\x80\xa2After fifteen days of training need to make a presentation on your understanding about company/work & your approach to develop business with targets in your territory. \xe2\x80\xa2Maintain sales panel review discuss follow up & update. \xe2\x80\xa2Need to be presentable while meeting clients well groomed. \xe2\x80\xa2Understand market, competitors etc. all information related to sales/marketing. \xe2\x80\xa2Need to make & submit budget for any marketing purpose.
