Scope of work: To be responsible for Business and revenue growth. Reports to : VP- Sales Reportees: NA Responsibilities: Acquire new clients and Increase engagement of existing client by providing complete financial planning solutions. Generate leads and close your own pipeline of business. Ensuring that one on one meeting with the DSA is fixed up for better business prospects. Making presentations to DSA on Company\'s business and functioning. Nurturing relationships with DSAs to understand their business needs and requirements. Revenue generation through new and existing clients. Validate MI for the DSAs payout. Coordinate with HO for any support and also for the DSAs payout. Competencies: Managerial abilities with leadership skills. Ability to meet goals. Strong communication and Customer service skills Strong sense of Attention to Detail Job Type: Full-time Salary: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits:
