Job Description


Position: Sales Executive - Real Estate We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive - Real Estate to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective management and execution of sales strategies and initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in the success and expansion of our real estate business in Karnataka & Kerala. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop tailored sales pitches and proposals.
  • Responsible for negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets and meet revenue objectives
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to the sales team to ensure high performance and continued professional development
  • Monitor and analyze sales and market trends, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and expand the customer base.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a sales executive or managerial role.
  • Preference for candididates from Real Estate Developer Company.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, including knowledge of local regulations, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team of sales professionals.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus to consistently deliver exceptional sales results and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field is preferred.
  • Relevant professional certifications or licenses in real estate sales is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, Kannada, and Malayalam is required, and proficiency in additional languages such as Hindi would be a plus.
  • Valid Indian driving license and familiarity with Bangalore geography and infrastructure.
