ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The candidate is required to regularly visit dealers and distributors segmented by area. Following are the required skills
Driving sales growth in the region assigned.
Increase sales in the developed network while looking for new opportunities.
To be aware of competitors marketing, product specification, price etc.
Interpersonal communication skills.
Should be able to demonstrate and present our products to existing and prospective clients.
Should be able to train and motivate distributors staff to increase brand awareness.
Should have good knowledge of the electrical retail market.
Should be able to speak the local language fluently.
Basic knowledge of computers.
The candidate should be able to manage a team of sales effectively.
The candidate should be able to implement a sales strategy for his/her team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate: Any graduation (B.com/BBA/B.tech etc.) Should have worked in dealer and distributor-based marketing in the field of the electrical industry for at least 5 years.PREFERRED SKILLS(NOT MANDATORY)
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
