ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate is required to regularly visit dealers and distributors segmented by area. Following are the required skills
  • Driving sales growth in the region assigned.
  • Increase sales in the developed network while looking for new opportunities.
  • To be aware of competitors marketing, product specification, price etc.
  • Interpersonal communication skills.
  • Should be able to demonstrate and present our products to existing and prospective clients.
  • Should be able to train and motivate distributors staff to increase brand awareness.
  • Should have good knowledge of the electrical retail market.
  • Should be able to speak the local language fluently.
  • Basic knowledge of computers.
  • The candidate should be able to manage a team of sales effectively.
  • The candidate should be able to implement a sales strategy for his/her team.
  • QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate: Any graduation (B.com/BBA/B.tech etc.)
Should have worked in dealer and distributor-based marketing in the field of the electrical industry for at least 5 years.PREFERRED SKILLS(NOT MANDATORY)
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From 920,000.00 per monthDay range:
  • Monday to Friday
