To revolutionize diabetes management and prevention through better awareness, proactive care, and improved lifestyle choices.Role Overview Sales CounsellorAs an Offline Sales Counsellor at Sugarfit, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and driving customer engagement through in-person interactions. Your responsibilities include educating potential customers about the services, guiding them in making informed decisions, and converting leads into customers.Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with walk-in customersanswer their queries, understand their health concerns, and provide information about Sugarfits offerings.
  • Proactively connect with potential customersfollow up on company-provided leads via calls and emails to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Educate and counsel clients on Sugarfits health programs, ensuring they make informed decisions.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals and converting leads into customers.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance trust and ensure long-term engagement.
  • Support clinic operationsmanage office functions, oversee inventory, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Be a positive and energetic team playeractively contribute to a dynamic and motivated work environment.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales, retail sales, direct sales, customer engagement, client relations, sales operations, or sales management
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Ability to multitask & work in a dynamic environment
  • Willing to work rotational shifts & split shifts across locations
  • Must be fluent in Kannada along with English
  • Passion for sales & a customer-first approach
Timings9 hours shift | 6 days working with rotational week off(Monday/Tuesday)
