• Actively seek and engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs.
• Offer guidance on property selection and market insights, helping clients make informed decisions.
• Negotiate terms and assist in preparing purchase or lease agreements to secure successful transactions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitive properties.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely listing and promotion of properties.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field, with knowledge of the local property market.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with a commitment to providing a high level of service.
• Goal-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
