Job Description


Job Title: Sales Executive (Fresher) - Technology SectorQualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in any field of Engineering, preferably with IT/OT exposure.No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Purpose of the Role: The Sales Executive will be responsible for learning and executing sales strategies to generate leads, qualify them, and support the sales team in converting them from cold to hot leads.Responsibilities:Assist in identifying IIoT/NDT, sales opportunities within potential and existing customers.Participate in cold and warm calls to prospective leads; assist in scheduling and follow-ups with leads and current customers.Learn to assist in building Technical/documents and arranging site visits.Support in sourcing and working on customer referrals.Assist in answering lead and customer questions accurately; escalate questions as needed to senior management.Learn to inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts.Observe and contribute to the development of strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.Participate in tracking appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc., for manager review.Support in promoting specific products as directed by upper management.Learn to provide market intelligence and reporting on pricing dynamics.Assist the team in tender documentation work when required.Learn to ensure the quality of documentation.Observe and learn to generate, follow up, and assist in closing POCs successfully.Support in CSO presentations.Observe and assist in converting demos to projects.Observe and assist in engaging with partners and dealers.Learn to support Technical Documentation for the Sales department.Observe and learn to enter Sales data into matrix/data/info into the ESPL ERP with precision.Observe and assist in recording integration of various devices of different companies used in the project.Participate in learning and understanding technical standards criteria.Participate and learn to coordinate and play as a team member.Aim to meet regular sales targets and continuously improve the sales pipeline.Requirements:Attention to detail and eagerness to produce error-free work.Willingness to work within deadlines and handle pressure.Basic product knowledge with a strong willingness to learn and understand products thoroughly.Developing coordination skills for setting clear expectations between internal teams and clients.Developing customer service and interpersonal skills.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Motivated and driven attitude to learn and grow in a sales role.Interest in sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven work environment.Ability to understand and work towards meeting monthly and quarterly sales quotas.Willingness to learn and assist in upselling and cross-selling based on customer requirements.Basic understanding of creating client presentations, especially PowerPoint presentations.Flexibility to travel when needed.Fluency in multiple languages(English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, etc) is an added advantage.Technical Skills on the job:Basic proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Willingness to learn and adapt to documentation work.Interest in familiarizing with technical systems.IndustryEngineering ServicesEmployment TypeFull-time
