Job Description


We are hiring for our client - Enspoparks Infrastructure Development Corporation.OverviewAs a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue for the company by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting suitable product solutions, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets. Your dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and your ability to think strategically will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding sales objectives.Key responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and customer preferences
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential and existing clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and approaches for different market segments
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Participate in trade shows, events, and exhibitions to represent the company and its products
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs to maximize lead generation
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain and update customer information and sales activities
  • Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and market dynamics
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team success
  • Travel to meet clients and attend industry events as necessary
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain productive business relationships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation and public-speaking abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel and work independently as well as part of a team
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
  • Ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel as needed
