Job Summary:
We're looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive sales growth. As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations/presentations
- Negotiate and close deals
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th passout
- Fluency in Hindi language (mandatory)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven sales experience (freshers with strong sales aptitude may apply)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduation in any field
- Prior sales experience in [industry/sector]
