• Plan and implement multiple marketing initiatives across various platforms.
• Develop and maintain sales, and marketing plans within the territory of neighbour states and entire Odisha.
• Sells products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospect clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through telephone/ emails/ visits.
• Identifies challenges or obstacles in the sales process and develops creative solutions to overcome them, ensuring successful deal closures.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and customer service to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients, understands their needs, and addresses concerns effectively.
• Flexibility to adjust sales strategies and approaches based on client feedback, market trends, and changing business environments.
• Effective prioritization and organization of tasks to maximize productivity and meet sales targets within deadlines.
• Thorough understanding of the products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value to clients.
• Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Education and Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in advertising sales or business administration preferred.
• One to three years on sales & marketing experience.
• Sound judgment and good business sense.
• Good communication, problem-solving & analytical skill.
