Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets with key accounts in the steel plant , aluminum plant , mining company.
• Identify potential clients within the steel industry, build relationships, and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities / RFQ Generation /Purchase order release.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver tailored product presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business and strengthen relationships.
• Regularly visit client sites, conduct site assessments, and understand technical requirements to offer suitable product solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, Technical Support) to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, visit report, customer feedback, and market insights for management review.
• Ensure prompt and accurate handling of customer orders, contracts, and invoicing.
Key Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the steel plant or industrial products sector.
Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to understand and discuss technical product specifications and features.
Other:
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
