The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, and interior designers. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for design. Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential B2B clients in the interior design and architecture sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
  • Present and promote our design solutions and services to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to expand the company\'s market presence.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or related field.
  • Strong network within the design and architecture community.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
