Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive

Experience: 2+ years in B2B or corporate sales preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Sales Management:
Identify, approach, and convert potential corporate clients to meet sales targets.
Bulk Order Handling:
Manage end-to-end processes for bulk orders -- from enquiry, pricing, customization requests, packaging coordination, dispatch, to follow-up.
Order & CRM Management:
Act as the Corporate CRM representative: maintain client records, order history, feedback, and service follow-ups.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of client orders and manage post-sale services.
Coordinate with packaging and dispatch teams to meet quality and delivery timelines.
Client Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Building:
Utilize LinkedIn, B2B platforms, referrals, and other channels to build a strong sales pipeline.
Sales Strategy Execution:
Collaborate with the sales head to implement targeted sales strategies and business growth plans.
Internal Team Coordination:
Liaise with inventory, logistics, design, and finance departments to ensure seamless operations and high client satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of communications, orders, packaging instructions, and client preferences.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2+ years of experience in corporate/B2B sales; handling bulk orders is a strong advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and order management tools
