Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the jewellery and diamonds industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and representing our brand with professionalism and expertise. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of the luxury market, exceptional sales skills, and a passion for jewellery and diamonds. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Generation:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client outreach and relationship management.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the luxury jewellery and diamond market.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits to effectively present and sell our products.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized attention.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and secure repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge and Presentation:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors\' products.
  • Showcase products through in-store displays, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Maintain an organized and attractive presentation of products in the showroom.
  • Sales Administration:
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle all sales transactions, including invoicing, payments, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and timely delivery to clients.
  • Marketing and Promotions:
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions to promote the brand and attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the luxury jewellery and diamonds industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
