Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our AAC block products to contractors, builders, and developers. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development: Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry to generate new business opportunities.
• Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of AAC blocks to customers, providing technical support and product knowledge.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs; report findings to management.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Negotiation: Prepare and present quotes and proposals; negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
