Job Description

• Sales & Business Development:
• Generate new leads and identify potential clients in industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and welding, who require dry ice or CO2 liquid.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Promote and sell dry ice and CO2 liquid products, including their benefits, features, and applications.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support to ensure long-term business relationships.
• Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality service for clients.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the CO2 liquid and dry ice industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and propose strategies to expand market share.
• Monitor industry developments to identify areas for business growth.
• Sales Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders in the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales reports, including progress towards targets, forecasts, and any issues encountered during the sales process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to track leads and optimize sales strategies.
• Collaboration & Teamwork:
• Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and trade events.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sectors (experience in CO2, dry ice, or related industries is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and negotiate deals.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, while being a team player.
• A strong customer-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Knowledge of CO2 liquid and dry ice applications and industries is preferred.

Additional Skills:

• Ability to analyze and understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and market exploration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
