Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Medical Surgical Division. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales, building relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting our medical surgical products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the medical surgical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development:
- Prospect, identify, and qualify potential customers within the medical surgical sector.
- Present and demonstrate our range of medical surgical products to Hospital professionals and institutions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, providing detailed product information and benefits.
2. Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
3. Sales Targets and Quotas:
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals, including spelling and cross-selling products.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the features, benefits, and applications of medical surgical products in the market.
- Provide training sessions to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are well-informed about our products.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and advantages.
5. Customer Support:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve service-related problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness to customer communication, demonstrating a customer-first approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the medical surgical or hospital industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex product information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
