We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Undavalli Constructions Private Limited . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Real Estate Industry , with alternative backgrounds in Automobile, Hospitality, Clothing, or Retail sectors also considered. This role demands a motivated individual who can drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Acquisition : Identify, engage, and secure potential clients, ensuring a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management : Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Market Analysis : Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to strategize effectively.
• Product Demonstrations : Present the company's real estate offerings effectively, including site visits, detailed property presentations, and highlighting unique selling points.
• Negotiation : Handle price negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure smooth transaction closures.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
Requirements
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years in sales roles, with preference for candidates from the real estate sector. Experience in automobile, hospitality, clothing, or retail industries will also be considered.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills :
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
