• Manage social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts.

• Market Analysis:
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.
• Reporting and Collaboration:
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing ROI.
• Work closely with other departments, such as product development and operations, to align strategies.
