Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Execution:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Marketing Campaigns:
• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products or services.
• Manage social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts.
• Organize promotional events and participate in industry trade shows.
• Market Analysis:
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.
• Reporting and Collaboration:
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing ROI.
• Work closely with other departments, such as product development and operations, to align strategies.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Analytical mindset to interpret market data and customer behaviour.
• Creativity to design compelling marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
