We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales marketing executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research and networking.
• Conduct cold calls and visits to initiate contact with potential customers.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase products and services and address customer needs.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to potential clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Understand clients' business needs and objectives to offer customized solutions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements to close sales deals.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of contracts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
• Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities and achieve revenue growth.
• Demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to changing business conditions and priorities.
• Continuously update knowledge of products/services and industry trends.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in field sales with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
