Company description Quadrant Metals is involved in export of Metal Scrap from USA and Canada to over the globe . We deal in all types of Ferrous and Non Ferrous metal Scrap. Job description The Candidate would be part of the Sales Team and shall be responsible for carrying out the below listed activities :
8:00 PM to 1:00 AM - Work from Home Candidates with prior experience in selling metal scrap shall be preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 per month Day range:
Expected Start Date: 01/07/2024
- Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
- Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
- Maintain sales records and provide quarterly sales reports.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Sales or marketing preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales.
- Fluent in English & Hindi both.
- Strategic leadership ability.
- Strong communication and management skills along with a pro active trait to get the work done in the most optimum manner.
