Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
Maintain sales records and provide quarterly sales reports.
Education and Requirements:
Bachelors or masters degree in Sales or marketing preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales.
Fluent in English & Hindi both.
Strategic leadership ability.
Strong communication and management skills along with a pro active trait to get the work done in the most optimum manner.
The job role is a hybrid role wherein the candidate is required to perform duties as per below timings.3:00 PM to 8:00 PM - At site ( Company Office ) 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM - Work from HomeCandidates with prior experience in selling metal scrap shall be preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 per monthDay range:
