Sales Executive identifies customer needs and understands our product to match the need and build a positive relationship for the customer with the brand. Understands and works towards Individual targets and supports colleagues to achieve overall store sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES Achieving the sales promises by : Greeting the customers & identifying their requirements and needs Recommending and helping them locate and select right products matching their needs Up selling & Cross Selling of the products Informing about the product specifications , warranties & other precautions Making the customers try on the products Explain customers with current ongoing promotions and discounts Closing the sale by suggestive selling Thanking the customers & inviting them for next visit Maintaining professional relations with all the other staff at the store & from the back office Understand the basics of our online sales platform.
